Merchant's description

Hailing from the French Jura, this white is composed of a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin aged `sous voile` for 36 months prior to blending. Showcasing a beautifully complex nose and palate with nuances of hazelnut, walnut, lemongrass and hawthorn. Best served between 11°C- 14°C, this would make a sumptuous match for white meats and fish served in creamy sauces, fondue and hard cheeses such as Comté.
