Domaine Henri Boillot Bourgogne Blanc 2021 is a medium-bodied white wine produced from Chardonnay grapes in the Burgundy region of France. Fifth-generation winemaker Jean Boillot is one of the most exciting emerging talents in Burgundy, a winemaker whose diligent work in the vineyards (both his family`s and those he manages for negociant label) and the cellar yields wines of extraordinary purity, depth and terroir transparency. The domaine`s 2021 Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from mainly declassified fruit from the villages of Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Romain and Auxey-Duresses. This is one of the finer examples of Bourgogne Blanc from the extremely low-yielding 2021 vintage.
