Classified First Growth property Château Coutet boasts a reputation for the superb quality of the sweet wines it produces and is today in the hands of Philippe and Dominique Baly. The 2005 vintage was reviewed by the Wine Spectator as follows, `Spice, dried pineapple, honey and light apricot aromas, like freshly crushed grapes. Full-bodied and very sweet, with masses of crushed fruit character and a long finish.`
