Merchant's description
The complex terroir of Mt Etna is wonderfully encapsulated in the wines of Tenuta delle Terre Nere and the Santo Spirito, produced from the same vineyard as the Calderara Sottana, highlights the subtle but distinctive differences in site. This is far more mineral-driven and has a pronounced bouquet of preserved lemon, stone fruits and briny salinity.
