Merchant's description

Grand Corbin 2005 is a full-bodied Merlot-based red wine from the Pomerol appellation of Bordeaux. Château Grand Corbin-Despagne is a Grand Cru Classé property situated in the north of the Saint-Émilion appellation. The estate is still owned and run by the Despagne family for over 200 years. This release is the 2005 vintage of its Grand Vin, a blend composed of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. A beautifully balanced wine, combining velvety tannins and linear acidity, in sync with the depth of the fruit.
