Dagueneau Pouilly-Fumé Pur Sang 2012 is a medium- to full-bodied, single-vineyard white wine produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes in the Pouilly-Fumé appellation of the Loire Valley. Pur Sang is an iconic Dagueneau cuvée produced from a single silex clay-rich parcel in Saint-Laurent. Of the Dagueneau range it is the most powerful and hedonistic. Like great Burgundy these wines can be austere in youth but they come to life with several years of bottle age.
