JM Boillot Puligny-Montrachet 2014 is a medium-bodied Burgundy white wine from the Puligny-Montrachet appellation of the Côte de Beaune. Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Jean-Marc Pillot is particularly associated with white wines from Chardonnay, although it also produces reds from Pinot Noir in both Chassagne and neighbouring Santenay. The Domaine owns approximately 11 hectares of estate vineyards that supply about two-thirds of its production, with purchased grapes complementing the rest. This excellent village Puligny is from the 2014 vintage and is in its prime drinking window.
