Here, the increased levels of sunlight, cool night time temperatures and a long growing season allow grapes to develop more intense colours and flavours while retaining acidity. The wine is crafted by the talented team at the Finca Ferrer winery, where it is fermented it in stainless steel to capture Malbec's signature aromatic and bright fruit flavours. No oak is used in the wine making process.
