The estate, which extends over 14 hectares of vineyards, is today managed by Cyril Audoin, son of Charles, who continues his father's work by producing extremely elegant wines. Since 2018, the company has been certified organic. Domaine Charles Audoin's Marsannay Rosé is made with 100% Pinot Noir grapes. It is a round, fine, and fresh wine with a bright and clear color. Its aromatic profile is lively with notes of raspberry and citrus, fresh red berries, and fragrant rose petals. On the palate, it is thirst-quenching and fruity, with a strong acidic streak and a good structure. It is juicy and reveals a long finish with mineral notes. It is a wine ready to drink immediately, but it can also remain in the cellar for a few years.
