Etna Rosso Rovitello Particella 341 Benanti is a single-vineyard red wine produced in Etna, Sicily. Benanti is one of the principal architects of a revival in Etna winemaking which has elevated the wines of this volcanic region of Sicily to the status of fine Burgundy or Barolo. Benanti farms 24 hectares of vineyards on four different cru vineyard areas. Contrada Dafara Galluzzo in Rovitello village, Contrada Rinazzo in Milo, Contrada Monte Serra in Viagrande and Contrada Cavaliere in Santa Maria di Licodia. This wine reveals a core of red fruit, interlaced with earthy undertones. Silky tannins complement a structured acidity, creating a balanced profile.
