The six-year tirage gives it a complex character, while the low dosage respects the wine's nature, preserving the pure expression of the terroir and vintage. In the glass, the wine reveals a clear straw-yellow color with a greenish edge and fine bubbles. Its aromatic profile is broad, fragrant, and ripe, with notes of white peach, apple, and pear, citrus zest, and honey, followed by hints of brioche.
