Liquid Farm began life in 2009 with just four barrels of Chardonnay. From the outset their mission statement was to produce terroir-driven cool climate wine with little to no new oak. The 2015 White Hill Chardonnay is sourced from four vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills AVA. It is floral, fragrant, vibrant and mineral with more than just a hint of Chablisienne quality to it. A wonderful wine that shows a completely different side to Californian Chardonnay. Serve with oysters and rejoice!
