Aalto PS 2022 is a red wine crafted exclusively from 100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), sourced primarily from old vines aged 60 to 90 years, located in the esteemed regions of La Horra and La Aguilera. The grapes are hand-harvested into 15-kilo boxes, ensuring meticulous selection at the winery. In the glass, this wine showcases a deep ruby hue. The bouquet features black fruits, with undertones of liquorice and subtle spices. It has undergone an average oak ageing period of 20 months in new French barrels, reflecting the structure and characteristics intrinsic to the 2022 vintage.
