Merchant's description
Sketch is a wine label created by Raúl Pérez and his long-time friend Rodrigo Méndez, also a renowned Galician winemaker. This release is made with 100% Albariño grapes, from vines ranging in age from 60 to 80 years old. Fermentation takes place in large 750-litre barrels to ensure that the wood does not mask the identity of the terroir. Sketch does not go through malolactic fermentation and rests in the same barrels for 12 months before being bottled.
