Alión 2018 is a full-bodied blended red wine from the prestigious Bodegas Vega Sicilia in Ribera del Duero. This wine is crafted from 100% Tempranillo grapes sourced primarily from the estate’s high-altitude vineyard. This vintage is characterised by a cooler growing season, resulting in a harvest that spanned from late September to early October. The wine underwent fermentation in stainless steel before maturing for approximately 20 months in 80% new French oak barrels, offering a balance between structure and depth.
