Allegrini Palazzo della Torre 2022 is a blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Sangiovese grapes sourced from the Allegrini estate’s 26 hectares of east-facing vineyards in Valpolicella. Located at elevations of 450m-520m, these old vineyards experience distinct climatic variations due to their altitude. Employing a modern interpretation of the ripasso technique, Allegrini dries a portion of the grapes to concentrate flavour before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged in second-use oak barriques.
