Part of the Jackson Family wines portfolio, Anakota produces a wonderful collection of single-varietal wines all sourced from exceptional single vineyards across the Knights Valley in Sonoma County. The Helena Montana Vineyard sits at an elevation of 950ft above sea level and is hallmarked by its steep slopes and gravelly loam soils. The Cabernet Sauvignon produced from this site are often incredibly concentrated and powerful, with rich black fruits, spices, gravelly minerality and muscular tannins. 2006 was a superb vintage in California and this is now perfect for drinking.
