Château Bélair-Monange is a leading producer in Saint-Émilion, ranked a Premier Grand Cru Classé B – a place that it maintained in the 2022 classification. In 2008, the property was acquired by Christian and Edouard Moueix, son and grandson of Jean-Pierre Moueix, whose portfolio includes Château La Fleur-Pétrus, Hosanna, Trotanoy and Lagrange to name just a few. Annonce de Bélair-Monange is the estate’s second wine, which is produced in a very limited quantity and enjoys the same dedication as the Grand Vin. The 2019 vintage offers seductive aromas of black cherries, plenty of fleshy, ripe fruit texture and a prolonged finish. The tannins are fine and silky.
