Making its mark on the South African wine scene, Ataraxia emerged in 2004, founded by Kevin and Hanli Grant. Nestled within one of the country`s highest elevated growing areas, the estate spans around 50 hectares of premium vineyard land. This is the second vintage of the whole bunch-fermented Pinot Noir, following a hiatus in 2021. With a focus on the variety, this wine exhibits a compelling fusion of sappy, earthy, and spicy elements, showcasing notes of clove, pepper, and tobacco leaf alongside vibrant red cherry and redcurrant fruit.
