Lauren was the first estate Chardonnay produced by legendary winemaker, Mark Aubert. The vineyard is located in the “golden hills” of Forestville, Sonoma County, and typically produces the most concentrated wine in the range. The 2006 was the best release from a challenging vintage. It has wonderful notes of tropical fruits, marmalade and stony minerality, that would pair perfectly with king of fish, turbot.
