Aubert Sugar Shack Estate Chardonnay 2022 is a full-bodied, single-vineyard white wine from the Napa Valley of California. Aubert is a boutique Chardonnay and Pinot Noir estate that produces wine from single-vineyard sites in Napa Valley and Sonoma. Founded by husband-and-wife Mark and Teresa Aubert in 1999, it is regarded to be one of California’s cult wine labels. Sugar Shack is Aubert’s home estate, located on approximately 3 hectares in the esteemed Rutherford appellation. Producer note. "The 2022 Sugar Shack is bright and inviting, with juicy Yubari melon, nectarine, and starfruit aromas bursting from the glass. Intricate details emerge as the wine evolves, revealing notes of rose, stem ginger, and a persistent stony minerality. On the palate the rich, satiny texture exemplifies the generosity of the vintage. This is a fabulous wine to enjoy over the next 10 to 15 years.
