Bodega Gotica are a family business that has been producing grapes for several generations in the municipality of Rueda. A key element of production is night harvesting ensuring optimal temperature the the grapes aoid any oxidisation and maintain maximum aromatic and primary fruit potential. Then a long cold fermentation, continues the preservation of intense aromas of citrus fruits and the freshness on the palate. Almost too drinkable!!!! The Badajo Verdejo is a White wine with a good scent intensity, fresh and tasty, a perfect wine to be enjoyed alone, and also to be paired with roast and grilled vegetables, soft flavour meats as pork, fish, shellfish and seafood, rice, etc. It’s recommended to be served from 7 to 9ºC.
