Château Bel-Air Lagrave 1990 is a fully mature Cru Bourgeois Bordeaux red wine from the appellation of Moulis-en-Médoc. This 9ha Moulis property has been owned by the Seguin-Bacquey family for more than 150 years. The vineyard is planted with 60% cabernet sauvignon, 35% merlot and 5% petit verdot. Typically this wine spends 18-20 months in oak, between 35% and 50% of which is new. From the exceptional 1990 Bordeaux vintage, this is a classic, cedary Left Bank claret with tertiary notes of old leather and cigar-box on the finish.
