Established in 1847, Bérêche et Fils has been dedicated to crafting intricate, terroir-focused wines for over a century and a half. Today, the domain is in the capable hands of the young and innovative duo, Raphaël and Vincent Bérêche. They oversee nine hectares of vineyards that are meticulously cultivated without chemicals, embracing manual methods and applying biodynamic practices. `Rive Gauche` is made exclusively from Pinot Meunier, from vines planted in 1969. Described by the producers as a “gourmet cuvée” the wine is almost salmon in colour with and exudes purity and elegance with its chalky character and layers of complexity.
