Merchant's description

Binyamina The Cave (Kosher) 2020 is a refined red blend from the Galilee region of Israel, composed of 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, and 2% Petit Verdot. The grapes are sourced from esteemed vineyards in the Upper Galilee, where the terroir contributes to the wine`s character. Aged for 24 months in French oak barrels, the maturation occurs within a natural limestone cave, creating optimal conditions for development. The wine displays notes of dark berries, cassis and plums, accompanied by layers of dark chocolate, espresso and cedar.
