The 2007 Grande Année Rosé is a blend of 72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay from Grands and Premiers Crus. It is fermented entirely in barrels and extensively aged with natural cork. The nose springs forth with notes of redcurrant, figs and dried flowers. The palate is fine, delicate and displays superb structure. Pair with seared duck breast.
