Using Riesling fruit from coastal Hermanus, this `petillant naturel` (a natural sparkling wine made from a single fermentation) is crisp and refreshing with aromas of fresh green apple, white peach and fragrant blossoms, with luscious notes of pears, honey, fresh herbs and blossoms developing on the palate.
