Merchant's description

Originally from Alsace, Vincent Dancer is a relatively new producer who adopts a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. He set up his domaine in the lower part of Chassagne-Montrachet in 1996 and has now been joined by his son Théo. This is their 2018 Bourgogne Blanc, made from organic Chardonnay grapes. Burgundy 2018 is considered one of the greatest ever vintages, which produced perfectly ripe grapes.
