Based in Chassagne-Montrachet, Vincent Dancer is a relatively new producer whose first vintage was in 1996. He was the first in the village to gain organic certification for his vineyards and also adopts a minimal intervention approach to winemaking. Although small in size and quantities, his Domaine produces some of the most sought-after wines coming out of Burgundy today. This is his Bourgogne Blanc from 2020, a very homogenous vintage for the region, yielding a healthy crop of ripe fruit.
