Domaine Sylvain Cathiard Bourgogne Rouge 2008 is a mature, medium-bodied Burgundy red wine from the Bourgogne appellation of the Côte d`Or. Domaine Sylvain Cathiard is a boutique wine producer situated in the village of Vosne-Romanée. Sylvain’s son Sébastien has been fully in charge since 2011, overseeing the family’s five hectares of vines spread between Vosne-Romanée, Nuit-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny. "A very fresh, bright and rather cool nose of red berry fruit and earth hints complement the pretty and supple flavours that are detailed, precious and delicious. This is on the lighter side but it`s balanced and offers plenty of verve." Burghound, 2010
