Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Soldera Magnum 2004
Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Soldera Magnum 2004 is a dry, full-bodied red from Sangiovese (Brunello di Montalcino, Italy), in the full, structured reds style. Tannins are very firm and acidity fresh; oak influence is noticeable. Those scales describe the wine when young; this is a 22-year-old bottle and its tannin and oak will have softened. Good with steak, lamb, venison, cheese board.

The Brunello di Montalcino Riserva Soldera 2004 is an exceptional Sangiovese red wine crafted by the esteemed Gianfranco Soldera at Case Basse. This single-vineyard wine originates from a select 10-hectare plot within the Soldera estate, situated in the southern part of Montalcino. Aged for five years in large Slavonian oak barrels, the wine offers complexity now while possessing the potential for long-term ageing. Available here in magnum format.
