`Bruno Paillard Blanc de Blancs Vintage 1996 is a vintage Champagne produced in Reims, France. Bruno Paillard is an independent and family-owned Champagne house founded in Reims in 1981. The 1996 vintage blanc de blancs is produced from a first pressing of Chardonnay grapes from privileged vineyard sites in Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. About 25% of the wine is vinified in oak barrels and the wine spent nine years aging on its lees prior to disgorgement in the house`s cellars, with a further 12 months of resting in bottle after disgorgement.
