Merchant's description

Calma Indómita Albarín 2023 is a white wine from the Castilla y León region of Spain. Mauricio Lorca produces this wine from the rare Albarín grape – distinct from Albariño – sourced from high-altitude vineyards situated at approximately 1,000 metres above sea level. These elevated sites experience significant temperature shifts between day and night, which helps to preserve the natural acidity and aromatic intensity of the fruit. The winemaking process involves fermentation at controlled temperatures and natural clarification to maintain the purity of the variety`s floral and tropical profile. It features a fresh and zesty palate with a smooth, persistent finish of mandarin, lime, ripe peach and white flowers.
