Merchant's description
Le Carillon d`Angélus is the second label of the prestigious Château Angélus, first made in the 1987 vintage. This release is from the 2020 vintage, made from a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. On the nose, expect notes of wild red berries, cherries, some pepper and spices. The palate is rich and seductive, with a powerful core of ripe fruit. Best enjoyed from 2023 onwards.
