The renowned Napa estate Caymus Vineyards produces full-bodied Napa Cabernet Sauvignon by blending from selected vineyards across the valley, from Coombsville to Calistoga. Caymus Cabernet is notable for its layered, lush flavours of cocoa, cassis and ripe berries. 1977 was the second-to-last vintage made by winemaker Randy Dunn, who was instrumental in making Caymus of the most lauded Cabernet Sauvignons in California.
