Chablis Grand Cru Bougros Côte Bouguerots 2015 is a Grand Cru Chardonnay from the historic Chablis estate William Fèvre. This 1.5-litre bottling originates from a specific two-hectare enclave on the steepest 45-degree slopes of the Bougros vineyard where shallow, stony soils require hand-harvesting. The 2015 vintage offers a dense, powerful profile featuring white peach, citrus zest and flinty mineral notes balanced by a remarkably svelte texture. Winemaker Didier Séguier utilised seasoned oak and stainless steel for 14 months of ageing to preserve the natural salinity and chiselled acidity characteristic of this site.
