Based in Chambolle-Musigny, Georges Roumier produces some of Burgundy’s most coveted and highly rated wines. The Domaine was originally formed in 1924 by George Roumier who farmed his own vines but also worked as vineyard manager for Comte Georges de Vogüé. Since 1992 the estate has been fully managed by the talented Christophe Roumier, the 3rd generation family winemaker. This Chambolle-Musigny is from 2013, a late harvest which wines are beginning to show their full potential.
