Representative of the small and concentrated vintage, this champagne suffered volume reduction due to spring frost. Now fully mature, it presents a finely evolved, honeyed nose accentuated by a nutty undertone of pistachio. On the palate, notes of buttered toast and a touch of lemon evolve toward a finish reminiscent of oloroso sherry and Asian spices. Disgorged in 1994, this champagne has reached its peak, showcasing the culmination of its ageing process and the complexity of flavours that have developed over time.
