Drink it now or cellar for up to 3 years. No need to decant. Chateau Minuty is a Provence-based winery, founded in 1936 and located in Gassin, on the Saint-Tropez peninsula. Part of the LVMH group, the company owns approximately 200 hectares of vineyards from which it produces a wide range of wines that combine tradition, modernity, and territorial expression. M Rosé is a blend of Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, and Tibouren grapes. The grapes are sourced from a series of continental and coastal vineyards in the Côtes de Provence. After harvesting and fermenting at a low temperature to preserve freshness and enhance its aromatic character, the wine rests in stainless steel before bottling. The result is a fresh, youthful, and easy-drinking wine that reveals a bright color with pale pink hues in the glass. Its aromatic profile is lively and fragrant with notes of exotic fruit, small red berries, and white fruit. On the palate, it is delightfully fresh, vibrant, and expressive, with good fruity complexity and a crisp acidity. The finish is long, generous, and gently savory. Like all Provençal rosés, it makes an excellent aperitif on its own. But it's also very versatile with food: it pairs well with seafood, vegetable appetizers, fish tapas, summer salads, pasta primavera, and tomato tarte tatin.
