Despite being a large landholder in the region, they focus on crafting only three red and two white wines, with this being their unequivocal flagship. This traditional wine is typically composed of approximately 65% Grenache Noir, 15% Mourvèdre, 10% Cinsault, and 10% Syrah sourced from 70-year-old vines in the lieu-dit of La Crau. The 2000 vintage presents a distinct olive tapenade aroma, accompanied by hints of orange peel, rosemary, and thyme, with a palate featuring blackcurrants.
