Produced from Syrah grown at altitude in the hills of the Coteaux des Baronnies, a little-known area overlooking the southern Rhône. The region is famed for its exceptionally clear night skies, which inspire the wine's name, "Night Sky". Small-scale Syrah plantings thrive in the cooler mountain conditions, giving wines of freshness and concentration. A silky, elegant Syrah with aromas of violet, black olive tapenade and a hint of pepper. Fresh dark berry fruit and subtle spice carry through a textured palate, balanced by bright acidity and a smooth, ripe finish.
