Merchant's description
Château Clarke 1989 is a mature-vintage, Cabernet Sauvignon-based red wine from the Listrac-Médoc commune of Bordeaux. Taking its name from the Irish family that bought the estate in 1771, Château Clarke was purchased by Baron Edmond de Rothschild in 1973. This fully mature Left Bank claret is from the legendary 1989 Bordeaux vintage, many of whose wines are still drinking well.
