Since 1988, Delamotte has been twinned with Salon, one of Champagne’s most iconic Chardonnay houses. It is a paragon of incredibly high quality non-vintage Champagne, and this anything but entry level wine is a supreme introduction to their style. A serene bouquet of crunchy green apple, toastiness and flowers, it displays a rich roundness but always maintains precision and elegance.
