This is a rich expression of Chablis, with a medium-plus body and a juicy texture that can be rolled around the mouth. The palate is marked with notes of buttered bread, citrus rind, orchard fruits, herbal honey, and a sharp, stony minerality. The Chardonnay grapes were fermented and matured on the lees for 12 months, with regular stirring, imparting a round texture.
