Domaines Ott is one of the founding names of Provence rosé — and Clos Mireille is its most terroir-driven expression. Pale salmon-pink with coral tints, the 2024 opens with an expressive, complex nose: white peach, candied melon and hawthorn blossom. The palate is fresh and energetic, with notes of white currant and lime, a lovely velvety texture and remarkable precision and finesse. Zesty citrus and a pleasant salinity linger on the long finish. A rosé of genuine depth and character — for those who want more than just a pretty colour in their glass.
