Based in Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Dujac was formed in 1968 by Jacques Seysses. It is now one of Burgundy’s finest producers, with a worldwide reputation. This particular cuvée is the domaine’s ‘Les Échezeaux’, a prestigious grand cru vineyard which lies to the west and southwest of the Clos de Vougeot. 2017 was another great vintage for Dujac, where the ripening conditions were excellent. The resulting wines are fresh, transparent and silky.
