Merchant's description

Els Escurçons Mas Martinet 2019 is crafted from a 20-year-old vineyard in Priorat, featuring predominantly old Garnacha. The complex terroir of the vineyard consists of ferruginous decomposed llicorella slate on south- and southwest-facing terraces. Following the 2015 forest fire that impacted 10% of the vines, the vineyard has undergone notable changes in its expression. The 2019 vintage showcases a pronounced concentration with a modest alcohol level of 13.5%. The wine matures in glass demijohn and ceramic jars.
