Fermented and matured in 350?L oak barrels and bottled with minimal dosage, the wine shows white orchard and stone-fruit aromas, brioche, subtle vanilla and mineral notes, while the palate is fine and textured, combining crisp acidity, salinity and a persistent, mineral-driven finish. It offers both immediate finesse and the potential to develop complexity with further bottle age.
