The I Custodi Imbris is a vibrant, mineral-driven Etna Bianco sourced from 70% Carricante with Grecanico and Minnella, grown on high-altitude, volcanic, sandy soils between 850 and 1,200 metres above sea level. The 2017 vintage expresses a greenish straw-yellow hue and undergoes 12 months of maturation in stainless steel, highlighting the Mount Etna terroir. It offers a complex bouquet of citrus and aniseed, supported by a bracing acidity and a dry, structured palate that reflects the vineyard`s rich mineral content and the cool-climate precision Carricante achieves on the volcano`s slopes.
