Exton Park Blanc de Noirs 2014 is a vintage Champagne-method sparkling wine produced in Hampshire, UK. Produced from 100% Pinot Noir from the sun-catching south-easterly vineyard slopes of Exton Park, this vintage blanc de noirs was matured on lees for seven years before being disgorged with a dosage of 6g/l. Producer note. "Pale lemon in colour with very fine bubbles, the nose unlocks bright orchard fruits, crunchy red apples and pears with warm, rich pastry. The palate captures Exton Park’s iconic freshness with a hint of marzipan and hazelnut and a delicately balanced creaminess."
